Data Governance & Quality at Scale

When I started at Lumen, I was deeply involved in the company's Data Governance efforts. Part of my work included active metadata managment, development of a custom Net-Promotor-Score to score data assets, and enabling the Informatica Cloud Data Governance Catalog.

Additionally, I developed the Data Quality framework that allowed the company to identify data issues by root cause using six dimensions. This enabled senior leaders to understand quality concerns regardless of the data domain.
